Len has been a trusted mortgage consultant for over fifteen years. He began his career with Knutson Mortgage as a loan originator before moving to First Republic Mortgage and learning the ins and outs of sub-prime lending practices. In 1996, he started his own company, First Resource Mortgage Corp. Working primarily in residential financing, he has assisted hundreds of homeowners in acquiring their first home or leveraging their housing investment to maximize their financial situation. Len’s clients will attest to his professional, consultative approach to home financing by putting his client’s needs at the forefront of any transaction. With his tenure in the industry, he has formed many relationships with solid, established lenders who work closely with him in getting loans processed quickly and with minimal disruption to the client. Whether new home construction, existing home or refinancing, Len brings a wealth of knowledge and trust necessary in establishing client relationships and helping real estate professionals grow their business. Len is a lifetime resident of the Twin Cities. He can be found boating on the Mississippi River in the summer with his family and friends.
