Mary has a diverse background within the real estate field. She was a Realtor in Wisconsin for what she says is “longer than I care to admit” having sold both existing homes and new construction as sales manager for a single family home builder. Her law background was largely in real estate matters from purchase agreements to landlord/tenant issues to mortgage loan closings. She spent the last 5 years in mortgage lending. Mary is well versed in guidelines for conventional loans, government lending and reverse mortgages. In her spare time Mary enjoys time with her daughter and friends. Travel is a great diversion and learning experience at the same time. She also enjoys yoga, reading, outdoor walks and learning about alternative healing.
